| Description | This collection contains data from a study examining how animal welfare should be incorporated into assessments of agricultural and livestock-farming sustainability. It includes anonymised transcripts from four facilitated workshop discussions, a workshop discussion guide, and survey data on the relative importance of economic, environmental, social and animal-welfare dimensions. Respondents also identified key components and criteria within each dimension, including animal health, appropriate nutrition, behaviour, environmental conditions, economic viability and environmental impacts. The collection includes the original survey instrument/data files and accompanying codebooks documenting variables, response formats and missing values. All workshop transcripts have been anonymised. |
